Watch on SFlix. Harv and Marv (animated characters) observe real children practicing good habits of personal hygiene. Marv decides he wants to be a human but Harv tries to discourage him by explaining that he would have to keep his hands clean, bathe, brush his teeth, comb his hair, etc. This is an updated version: In the 1974 version the kids are seen playing football, in this, the second they are painting a mural.
